Help with a Lithuanian first name

Can some one help me decipher a first name, please! My husband's grandfather is said to be Lithuanian or Russian/Polish. On his marriage certificate, when asked his father's name, it looks as though "Tehou" or "Tehon" On the actual Catholic Church record, it looks like "Tychonius" (Latin)
Does this name look familiar to anyone as a Lithuanian first name?
