Svejkovice is now spelled Svojkovice. Svojkovice is just east of Rokycany. I am hearing from Czech researchers that Svejkovsky means "from Svejkovice". It is very interesting hearing about more Svejkovskys. I saw Anton Svejkovsky and his family's Ellis Island record at Ellisisland.org; they apparently moved to Cleveland. Maybe they are related to your Svejkovsky ancestor.
I plan on trying to tie the clans from around the US together. So far almost every Svejkovsky that is traced back to the CR is traced back to the same area as Svejkovice/Rokycany. I also just received an e-mail from Hana (a Czech researcher from CR who did work for a Cerny cousin of mine) who informs me that her Svejkovsky ancestors are from the same area (her Svejkovsky ancestral home of Zebrak is just east of Zbiroh). Hana only found less that 25 phone listings for Svejkovsky in the Prague phone book. Svejkovice/Svojkovice is very small, our last name is rare, and I am working on the theory that all Svejkovskys are either from Svejkovice, are related, or both.
I will look at what I have, then maybe we can collaborate.
