Graveside services wer held at 2pm Tuesday in Oakland Knowles Cem for John Joseph Branson, 70, who died Sunday in Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Anadarko. ...Branson was born Oct 18, 1914 at Crescent. He was the son of the late Arthur J Branson and BESSIE RICHARDS Branson. He was a retired oilfield worker.
Survivors include one brother, Emery Branson; one half-brother, Harold W Baines; and one niece, Betty Jane.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Bernice and Glen Branson, and one sister, Pauline Branson Lynch.
