Hi! Jim LaLone, I work with my 1890 to 1907 pink covered book of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians of Michigan 1890 to 1907 and I found this name as follows: ( 0 - naw - naw - goose ) How closely do you think this name is related to the aanagoose or onngoose I was looking for do you think? This is on page 195 and it states: Rem: or onenagos, Familiar by these names now spelled Nangos or nanegos & will be under (N).
