Trying to find great great grandfather, Jean Baptiste ST.AUBIN, a 2nd generation Cree Native. Supposedly came from somewhere in Canada, 2 year search there has turned up nothing. Located him in Ellenberg, N:Y where his 12 children were baptized. After speaking with an archaeologist who found some Cree aftifacts in the New England area, I wonder if they may not have come from New England and then migrated into Canada then possibly came back into the United States, possibly in the early 1840's.
