All the knowledge my boyfriend has about his family past is that his father was given to his grandmother anonymously. his birth certificate says "Baby Boy Jones" can we get any more general than that??? Anyway, his father was adopted and named Michael Carl Whalen. MCW apparently had a child with an Indian woman with the last name of Moskwa (I don't even know if that is spelled correctly). MCW's adopted mother took custody of the baby and named him Michael William Whalen (my boyfriend). MWW's grandmother passed away when he was 10 leaving MWW with a stranger and no knowledge of where he actually came from. He was under the impression that he has Sioux heritage however, upon researching his information, the word "Moskwa" is Cree. I know I may be embarking on an impossible quest, but you never know what you may be able to come up with until you try. MWW was born in Detroit Michigan in 1969. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN. THANK YOU!!!
