You can write to U.S. Department of Homeland KSecurity, 2nd Floor, FOIA Unit, 111 Mass Avenue,NW, Washington, DC20529 requesting the naturalization certificate and all the preparation leading to it. I did it for my fathers side of the family and received it but could not read it. They recommended I go to the court house where they registered.
