Bridget Murphy was b. ca. 1841, in Ireland, as were her parents.
Her children were born in Pennsylvania as follows: Sarah, 1862, James, 1863, Michael, 1870, Kate, 1872, and Alexander, 1874. I took the approximate years of birth from the 1880 Barry County, Missouri census. She was a widow and had a son Daniel, b. 1877, in Missouri. The other children were born in Pennsylvania. Their father was born in Ireland. Does anyone in Pennsylvania have any information on who Mr. Murphy may have been, and/or who Bridget may have been before her marriage?
