Hi Darlene... I think that we have corresponded through a convict site in Australia re George Thornton; you have the mayor we don't. I have just stumbled onto this site and note that you list Waterworth as an interest, well I am researching Joseph & Sarah (Owen) Waterworth, Haydock & Leigh in Lancashire c 1850-1926.
