I've seen ghost in my house as well. I've also heard voices that I can't quite make out until recently ---- and I was able to understand very clearly what he was saying ----- some others as well. I don't try to figure it out that much anymore; I just except it. You're probably what is considered to be a medium. You might try and find a physic with good credentials as there are those out there that are real phonies.
Good luck. Have you noticed that you hear the voices most often when say an electric fan or such is running ------ they seem to use electrical things . Sometimes the phone may ring with no one there just to get your attention first.
