There is not a coat of arms for the surname "Hicks". Burke's "General Armory" (of some 60,000 coats fo arms from all over the British Isles) notes four different coats of arms to individuals named Hickes and seven different coats of arms to individuals named Hicks. (And this ignores any other spellings of the name, like Hick or Hicke.)
