Cadwallader or Cadwelleder

Classification: Query
My grandniece has requested some assistance for research she is doing.

I have located the following Arms, in the General Armory, and would like to find a graphic which most cleanly represents them. I have visited the bucket shops for the heck of it to see what's out there to show her,but they are soooo cartoonish!

Cadwallader or Cadwelleder

(In St. Mary's Church, Oxford. Visit. Oxon) Az. a cross pat'ee fitch'ee r.

Would someone please remind me what the wording beyond "cross" means? My heraldic books are at a different location at this time. Is there an online location I might find a better graphic to share with her? I have searched and not found what I seek.

Thank you!
