G’Day

My 3 x Great Grandfather, John Probart JONES immigrated to Australia from England aboard the Ballarat, arriving in Melbourne in 1852. His brother, Captain Henry JONES was the Commander of this vessel.

I am aware that the State Library of NSW holds a copy of the shipboard diary written by Charles Henry LINES, which is fantastic news but herein lies my cheeky request.......I was wondering if anyone out there may already have a copy of the shipboard diary and whether they would be happy to share this document with me at a reduced cost.
