Jeremiah was my great, great grandfather. He was born on the seas in 1801. His naturilization papers show St Eustace Quebec Canada. He married Ellen Flynn from County Cork Ireland and died in Niagara County NY USA. One of his sons, Edward Poyfair b 1851 NY married Frances Jane Walker in Chili NY USA. One of their children Louis Jeremiah Poyfair was my grandfather. He was born in 1882 in Niagara County, NY USA. If anyone has any information on any of these people, or any Poyfair please contact me. I am in the midst of trying to figure out all my relatives living and deceased. My grandfather always told me there was only one Poyfair family. Anyone with that name is related. I am willing to share any information I have for information in return.
