Can anyone know how I can find how my great grandfather Walter John Joseph Joseph,his wife Mary Downing,their children Henry,Walter,John and Mary left Clovelly,Devon England and arrived in Mitchell,Ontario Canada after 1851.They are shown in the English census for 1851 and then they are in Canada for the birth of Elizabeth Jewell(1856) and William(1858)my grandfather.Nothing in the records to shown immigration,could they have come over through "The Poor Law"immigration?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
