Hello! Thank you for looking this up for me I am extremely grateful.
Looking for on the "Canadian Passenger Lists 1865-1935"
1) Minna Thompson, port of arrival Montreal, QC
On her census record in 1916 it mentions she arrived in Canada in 1906. She travelled from the Bahamas (where she was born ~1886) arriving in New York on the ship "City Of Washington" Apr 13,1906 with a ?brother named ?Ralph. Ralph is on his way to Winnipeg (where Minna ends up eventually) but Minna is on route to Toronto. I wonder why?
2) Eulah Mac Cull, port of arrival New York, New York
also born in the bahamas ~1888. sister of Minna. Correct spelling of her name is Eulahlee Sophia Thompson (maiden name). Probably travelling with her husband-to-be Duncan MacColl. They end up in Winnipeg also and are married in 1911. It's really Eulah I'm interested in this family but she seems to be the hardest to trace!
Incidently, if you have access to the New York Passenger Lists 1820-1957 she's listed as "Eulah S MacCall" and I'd like to see whats on that record also.
3)Kathleen Thompson , port of Arrival New York New York
born in the bahamas 1897~1900 listed as niece on the same 1916 census as Minna, although her date of arrival is 1915.
If you have access to the New York Passenger lists 1820-1957 she's listed on the port of arrival in New York New York
Whatever you are able to help with i'm thankful for!
