My great grandparents travelled to Quebec, Montreal on Pomerania on 15 May 1909, with their 5 children. I believe they were heading for Vankleek Hill.
They all arrived back in London on 7 January 1910 on Corinthian.
Can anyone offer any advise as to how I find out what they did whilst there? I do not know why they came back in little over a year and would love to find out.
Does anyone know how long the voyage would have been?
Also was there any incentives from either Canadian or British governments as I would imagine this trip would have been expensive even as 'third class' passengers.
