Donahoe / Donahue - Cork, Ireland to Thorold, Welland, Ontario?

Surnames: Donahue Donohue Donahoe Donohoe
Our Irish ancestors "came from Cork" to Canada circa 1841, but I don't know if that was simply their point of departure, or if they lived in Cork City or somewhere in County Cork.

Patrick Donahoe and his wife Ann appear on both the 1851 and 1861 Canada Census. Patrick was the butcher in Thorold, according to these records. Patrick died sometime in the 1860s, but I don't know where he died. Ann survived and remained in Thorold until the 1880s.

Their son Patrick Donahoe was their first child (and my great-great grandfather), born in Canada in 1843. He immigrated to Marshall, Missouri USA in the 1860s. Anna Donahoe, a daughter or Patrick and Ann, was married in Thorold in the mid-1880s. After Ann's death and Anna's marriage, I believe PAtrick and Ann's surviving daughters moved to Prince Edward Island.

Am looking for any information pertaining to the Donahoe family in Thorold, or Cork.

Will happily share anything I have learned in my searches.
