Surnames: McGlashen, McGlashing,MacGlashen, MacGlashing

Would anyone be able to do a look up for me in this book? From information that I have my ggg grandfather John McGlashen is listed in volume 1, page 229. I have very little info on him and would love to know what info this book may have.
