Surnames: MATTHEWS
Hello all. I have an ancestor that supposedly immigrated to Canada (Quebec?) in 1860. He was from Scotland. His birth was approx 1852 which would mean that his family (or part of it) came over with him. His name was Alexander Matthews. Can anyone suggest where I might find information on what ship, where they entered Canada etc.
