Surnames: Mailer, McFarlane
I am researching the family of Margaret Mailer who immigrated from Scotland around the early 1830's. She settled in the Puslinch Township area with Duncan Mcfarlane b.1798. They had five children, Anne, Duncan jr., William, Peter and Andrew.
I have a hunch Margaret and perhaps her husband, Duncan, came from the Perthshire area of Scotland.
Any information would be appreciated.
