Surnames: SMITH, BISCOM
According to US Census Records, Benjamin Smith b. Sept 1857 and Sarah Jane Biscom b. May 1863 were residents of PA having been born in England.
From Cambria County PA I learned that he arrived from England 2 Aug 1884 and filed an intent to denounce UK citizenship on 8 Dec 1888. Does anyone out there know how I could find out where in England they may have come from and what ship may have arrived somewhere on the eastern US coast at that time. I think they were married when they immigrated.
