Hope you are still reading these messages! I am looking for John T. and Ellen (Langley) McCarthy who supposedly arrived in the U.S. (son John born "enroute" but his birth place is listed as New York) around 1847. Family lore has it that they're from County Cork but I can find no marriage/birth/passenger information on them. They finally settled in Ontario, Canada for several years before returning to Michigan. Thanks in advance.
