Trying to find any information about Eliza Flynn Williamson, who emigrated from Belfast to the US about 1848. She married Thomas Bell in 1850 and lived in Iowa until her death. Her obituary states that she came to the US in that year with her parents, whose last name was Flynn. Also, she was married or widowed at the time of her emigration, and had a little daughter of about 3 by the name of Anna Williamson. Unfortunately, Anna was recorded in the 1860 census as a boy by the name of Livian. As well, Eliza's obit indicates that Anna died in 1869 in Burlington, Iowa. I can't find any record of her on the ships' lists on this site that would be consistent with her age, or any other family traveling with her. There is a little Anna Williamson who came over in 1850 traveling with two women named Trainor. Otherwise there is no record of Eliza or Anna before 1860. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
