European Jewish ancestry

Classification: Query
Hello,

I just took the DNA test and found I am 38% Italian, 35% Euro-Jewish and 27% Middle Eastern (Turkish and Israeli).

I'm just trying to figure out what countries would have most likely been part of my ancestry? I'm thinking German because I had a grandmother who looked really German with blonde hair and blue eyes. Maybe Polish or Russian are possibilities too?

I know that all of my relatives were Italian Immigrants to the US, but only some generations prior were Euro-Jew and Middle Eastern. The time frame that most had come to the US from Italy was 1908-1916, and the Euro Jewish generations would have been prior to this.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Al
