I checked the passenger list and there is unfortunately no other info about their origins. Their destination at the time was Lang, SK. That region, along with Yellow Grass and down to Estevan had a high concentration of Volhynian Germans so I suspect they were from Volhynia. I know with certainty that the Klatt family from that part of SK were from either Volhynia or Russian Poland.
Most available records from Volhynia stop at 1885 so people born after that are difficult to trace. If you knew the names of older siblings or parents, you might have some luck.
