Ludwig and his brother Carl came to Canada in 1911 and landed in St. John's, New Brunswick on the Saturnia that departed from Glasgow. In Canada, he got a land grant in Browning, Saskatchewan and married Goldie Klatt. They had 7 children and ended up following my grandfather to British Columbia. He died in 1980 in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. I am looking for more information on his Russian/German roots. Any and all help would be appreciated.
