The Schultz Factory in Alexanderovsk manufactured agricultural equipment and employed a lot of people, many of whom lived in barracks supplied by the company. Has anyone ever found a source of records from this Company?

Several of my not-so-distant relatives worked there. I am seeking information on them from this source with the hope that I can use the data to trace the families back to West Prussia.
