I assume he arrived in PA both times. He lived in Hollidaysburg, Blair County. It is a puzzle why there are two entries, unless he left the country and then returned. He was married 3 times, so I was wondering if he went back to Wales to marry again. The trouble is, I don't know how to connect the dates 1860 and 1862 with finding him on a ship. I have put his name into Ancestry without results.
The two entries you site are what I started with, but don't know how to use that information to go farther in a search.
