Passenger ship "Uno" from Leghorn, Italy to New York, New York Nov. 21, 1865 only lists 12 people

Classification: Query
Surnames: Rochelli (and many variations)
The record of the passengers arriving in New York on Nov. 21, 1865 from Leghorn, Italy only lists 12 people on one page. Certainly the ship had more than 12 people on it? My ggrandmother, Filomena Rochelli was listed along with her 2 year old daughter, Teresa, who died in transit. I am looking for her husband, Peter Rochelli but since there is only ONE page and it came from the National Archives to ancestry.com, I don't know who to contact. Am I right that there should be more than ONE page of 12 people who were passengers? Any advice, suggestions or comments are welcome. Thanks, Gayle
