OMG! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have a very strange family history, in that my mother seems to have lived under assumed names, and kept all info about her and my father's from me. I still haven't figured out just who she was, so I don't know if I will ever figure that side out. All I know is she's Norwegian background. I have the marriage certificate to Philip where she is Jan Pedersen.
Yes. Fredrick Jr would be my Grandfather then. I know my father had brothers, including a Byron. I remember my mother talking about him as if he was the one she really loved (?). That was about all I had to go on. Oh. And also I met a "cousin" Mildred C. Voegelin (Voegelin by marriage, so her husband was maybe my dad's cousin?)just before she died, so unfortunately we weren't able to talk family. About all I know is she had been a nurse in New Jersey, had a sister Florence, who was also a nurse.
I have missed not having any family.
