What is ...."Profession......H.D." on passenger list, Egypt to England?

Surnames:

I have found a female relative who lived and worked in Egypt in the 1930's. On her trip home to England in 1939 her occupation/profession was listed as "H.D.". Some others on the page had the same listing.
I have no idea what that means......does anyone know?
