Note: Nicholas Crealy was married before his trial, his wife died a few days after he was tried ??, they had a son Thomas who later immigrated to Tasmania.

BIOGRAPHY: Nicholas was free by June 1854 and applied for a Bounty ticket for his son Thomas in 1856.
He was tried again for stealing 30 bushels of wheat valued at 15pd and sentenced for 4years on the 28 June 1860 which he spent at Port Arthur. He was released 10th September 1863.
