Why so few Swedes on Castle Garden.org?

When looking at passenger lists online at Ancestry.com for various years (1869 for one) I am able to find HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of Swedish immigrants coming into New York Port. When I look for them on CastleGardens.org I cannot find them nor do I see the large number of Swedish imigrants that should be there. There seems to way too few Swedes on that site. Can anyone explain why?
