A GENEALOGY POST dated 2002:
Washburn is where my Grandfather's brother lived, had family, died and is buried. His family then changed their name to Miller and moved to Wash. His name was Michael, his wife's name Michelina. My Grandfather was Lawrence and lived in Winona, Minn. Is anyone still around that knows anything about the Mosiniak family there in Washburn?

An online family tree shows a Michael Mosiniak married to a Mikaline Valichiniak and living in Washburn, Wisconsin. Washburn is a quite small town - seems highly probable this Michael Mosiniak family is related to your Mosiniaks. :D

Another genealogy post on Ancestry.com, dated 1998: Message Boards > Localities > Central Europe > Poland > Former Provinces [1975-1998] > Poznan > MOSINIAK, JOSEFIAK

"Searching for links to Mosiniak and Josefiak surname researchers in Poznan. Stanislaw Mosiniak married Josefa Josefiak about 1880 in Radzweo and came to the US 1882-1886.
Stanislaw was born in Radzeweo to Casmier Mosiniak and Maryanna Albo. Josefa and her sister Jadwiga were born about 1850 to Thomas Josefiak and Maryanna Homa."

!!

The following excerpt mentions two brothers for Stenz Mosiniak (1852-1935). This is a from an online family tree that is extensively documented with sources: "Jacob Mosiniak, son of Casimir Mosiniak and Marianna Alba, was born 03 July 1855 in Radzewo, Srem, Poznan, Poland [Source: Ksiegi metrykalne, 1636-1920, Kosciol rzymsko-katolicki, Parafja Bnin (Srem), Akta urodzen 1855-1873, microfilm 1169513, Family History Center Library, Baptism record for Jacob Mosiniak (1855), number 69]. Jacob died 07 September 1941 in Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota. Jacob's naturalization papers state he immigrated about February 1882 to New York. He married Victoria Tobol~a, daughter of Stanislaus "Stanz" Tobol~a. Victoria was born 21 December 1855 in Konarskie, Srem, Poznan, Poland and died 06 January 1950 in Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota. In 1921 Jacob was treasurer for Gnesen Township. (Source: Duluth and St. Louis County Minnesota, Volume II, ed. Walter Van Brunt, American Historical Society, New York, 1921, page 689.) Jacob's younger brother, Bartlomiej, married Victoria's niece, Marianna Tobol~a."

Back with an edit and more - so many cousins researching these (presumably) related Mosiniak families! from Ancestry message boards > Wisconsin > Counties > Bayfield > "Kuno, Waegerle and Zinski":
