Does anyone know the ship that William Duncombe Major (b 13 Jul 1847 in Southampton, Hampshire, England parents Robert Major and Harriett Hulbert)took to get to America. I find him on the 1861 England census living in Southampton, Hampshire, England With his step father Charles Linney and his mother Harriett Linney and again in the Douglas MacArthur company crossing the plains in 1837. If you could help me, I would sure appreciate it. Thank you
