Hi, thank you very much for your reply.

I am 98% certain that the couple in America are the one's I'm searching for.

You mention a previous marriage. I've not come across this information before. Is there any further information you are able to provide me with so I could investigate please?

I cannot confirm when/where John and Ann married, as I've bene unsuccessful in finding information about it.

Regarding Alfred's birth certificate, I can confirm that we have a copy, and that his mother is Ann Griffiths, his father John Peel. I also can confirm that the birth date posted origianlly is correct for him, both from his birth certificate, and from his death certificate/grave marker.

As I have said, I know his siblings are Samuel, Mary, Richard and Ann. Alfred's son was named after his older brother Samuel too.

Also, where did you find information regarding the older siblings and russian performances? Sorry if I sound rude, I'm just highly curious as this remains a mystery!

All the best,
