I am trying to find any information on the Yeager family in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Some of them lived in St. Thomas, Chambersburg, and Shippensburg.
My Great Grandfather was J. William Yeager who owned and operated several businesses in Shippensburg. (Grocery stores and restaurants). I can not find any information on his father, except that his name was Alburtus or Bert Yeager, and his mother's name was Anna M. Prim. Alburtus and Annie were never married, supposedly. She later was married to Elmer Montgomery Shuman, who was the son of Daniel Shuman and Lavina Rosenberger-Rosenberry. Her marriage license states that she had no previous divorce and was never married.
