Surnames: Bordajeau, Burdeshaw, Burtenshaw, Bourdeshoe, Birdyshaw, Sacbouille, Sacboville
Seeking anyone who may have information on the Bordajeau line. The original ancestor is Colas Bordajeau, father of Pierre/Peter and others. They settled in New Bordeaux, SC 1764. Wife of Colas: Francoise Sacbouille/Sacboville.
Spelling of name has changed many times, ie.:
Bordajeau Burdashaw
Burdeshaw Burtenshaw( is this a derivative?)
Bourdeshoe I am sure there are more spellings.
Birdyshaw
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Family moved from SC to AL and some to TN and MS.
