Surnames: Pettit; Petit; Pettett
I'm looking for a connection with my family name of Pettit. Two brothers that I first find in South Carolina. Joshua and Henry. Everything that I find on family group sheets indicate their father as Joshua and say the family came from New Jersey and that they descended possibly from Thomas Petit of New Rochelle.
I would love to hear from anyone that my have any information they would be willing to share with me. Thank you.
