I searched quite successfully in locating Maria Bruno in Altavilla Irpina, Avellino, Italy. Unfortunately, there 12 different entries in the birth record for Maria Bruno in 1888 and 1889. I did not check 1890.

Please re-write your question including to the best of your knowledge of where they got married? When they got married? Does Maria Cerullo have a Social Security record?

Please reply as soon as you can, so i at least locate her record.
