I was able to view the 1920 census of which you attached your message.
According to the 1920 United States Census, Steve Rozkladaj and his family lived in Hamtramck, Michigan on Holmes Street.

Steve is listed as 35 years old , immigrated to the United States in 1912 and was born in Poland [Wola Grodecka].
His wife Sophie is 28, born in Poland and immigrated to the US in 1907.
Genowefa is is 8 years old and born in North Hampshire (I think it should be the state, New Hampshire).
Elisabeth is 6 years old and also listed as born in North Hampshire.
Stella is 17 months old and born in Michigan.

There is also John Stankiewica (??)[I think - John|Jan Stankiewich] who is listed as a brother in law (Sophie's brother). He is listed as 25 years old, immigrated to the United States in 1912 and born in Poland.

I was unable to locate the above spelling for them in the Detroit City directory (Hamtramck was included within the Detroit listings). In the
1922/23 directory there is a Stephen Roskladei living in Hamtramck on Jacob street. this could be your relative. There is a John Stankewixz residing on Evaline street in Hamtramck, this might be the brother in law.
