I am trying to find clues, I don't expect any actuall specific information as I have very little to go on. The subject is my wives Grandmother, she says she was borne in Wales, came over on a ship with her parents and siblings. They landed in NY. She was born Sept 4, 1925 - 1935. Her dad was a coal miner in California. She married James Ross Turner in Wa. She is alive still, but ailing with alzheimer's. I would like to find ways to research her line, but her name is so common, it is difficult.
