Descendants of Thomas Evans have a memorial to the death and burial of Johnnie Evans at the South Side Cemetary on the 29th January 1880 aged 8years and 2 months from diphtheria. His father and wife lived in South Side, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and sent a copy of this memorial back to relatives in Llandysul, Cardiganshire, Wales. The memorial is written in the Welsh language. Officiating at the service was the Rev. J. Gwawrfryn Evans who also wrote one verse of a poem and R. T. Daniels wrote a three verse peom about Johnnie.
Are there any descendants to Thomas Evans and his only son who can establish a link back to their relatives in Llandysul, Cardiganshire, Wales?
