Ethelred Edward Howell

Ethelred Edward Howell migrated from Wales to the Virginia Colony between 1670 and 1679. His first child born at Jamestown, Nansemond in the Colony of Virginia in 1680, and a 2nd child born in 1690, with my ancester Henry Howell being born there in 1693.
No prior records found on Ethelred or in family memories other than rumored birth in Wales 1635 or 1668?
Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.
I am descended from Henry Howell's son John H. Howell born in 1777, and his marriage to Rachel Boyett (fnu) in Dobbs\Wayne County, NC.

I am searching for any family members descended from the brother and sister of my grandmother, Gwenllian Powell (married to Bill Lewis, 1915). They are: Frederick Trevor Powell (born 1896, Bedwelty, Monmouthshire) and Gladys Powell (born 1905, Bedwelty, Mon). Both emigrated to the USA: NY/PA (?). Gladys married Edward ? and had 2 children: Trevor and Rene (?). I am the grandaughter of Gwen and Bill, daughter of their son, Jack.

Joshua was my great uncle (father's side). He was bon in Clydach, Monmouthshire in 1885, son of Shadrach and Ann Morgan. He emigrated to USA in 1911, landing ar New York 5th May off SS Lusitania but what happened to him afterwards is a mystery. Family rumour says he went to Ohio but I should be glad of any information. Can anyone kindly inform me how i go about finding George Henry Harries on a ship bound for America between 1881 and 1884. George is on the Welsh Census for 1881 and then marries in Topeka, Kansas in 1884. However, Ellis Island i don't think go back that far, so can anyone help?

Looking for information on Albert Phillips who was born on 15th April 1891 is Glais, West Glamorgan, South Wales, UK.
His Father was William Phillips (b.21/06/1846) and his Mother was Emma Phillips, nee Lloyd, (b.21/06/1860). I believe he left for America when he was 17 (approx. 1908). I think he may have died in Mesa, Colorado in Feb 1970 and that his social security no. may have been 523-09-7639. Albert has sisters called Eliza Jane and Eunice Matilda. I am trying to find clues, I don't expect any actuall specific information as I have very little to go on. The subject is my wives Grandmother, she says she was borne in Wales, came over on a ship with her parents and siblings. They landed in NY. She was born Sept 4, 1925 - 1935. Her dad was a coal miner in California. She married James Ross Turner in Wa. She is alive still, but ailing with alzheimer's. I would like to find ways to research her line, but her name is so common, it is difficult.

Any info on Northern Welsh immigrants settling in N.C.?- Templeton?

Looking for information about immigration from a Welsh port city, probably Swansea, in the 1833 time period. My great-great grandparents, Luke and Hannah Perks, immigrated first to NYC, then Norfolk, VA. Luke was a "pattern-maker", or designer, of wooden ships.

Looking for any information re: Mary Ellen Lewis. Was married to Thomas D. Jones, had four children: Caradog , Alfred, Mary Ellen, and Thomas, all born in Brady's Bend, PA. Died in Brady's Bend, PA, 1 Sept. 1853. Thomas D (Colllege) moved with family to Spring Green, WI after death of his wife and is buried there in WI.

Looking for any info on Thomas WATKINS. Only info I have is that he was born in Wales, proabably abt. 1822. Have naturalization records from 1851 in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. I am unsure of when he came to the United States. He married Julia BLACK MCDONALD abt. 1854. 2 children listed w/ them on 1860 census in Mason, (W)Virginia. James b. abt. 1855 and Alexander b. abt. 1857. Any help or suggestions on where to contiue my search would be greatly appreciated.
