I see at the LMA they have birth records for 1866 onwards for the Marylebone workhouse.
I am looking for a birth for Alexander Long circa 1847 (by age on 1851 census) in the workhouse. This birth appears not to have been registered in the civil registration records (or is not easily found).
Does anyone know where I might find birth records for the workhouse at this time?
