Contact the local library. They should have all kinds of info on it.
Also, there are many books written about mental institutions. Check the website for the institution and somehere on the site it should give you the names of the books, the author, and when written. If your local library doesn't have the books they can get them. This is common practice.
The library should be able to find the info on these books also but you never know.
Also, keep in mind that most information on mental hospitals are glorified. They don't tell you the real facts. I think the books would have more truthful information. Let's hope so anyway.
