Your information is a little vague so I will give you the FREE ONLINE telephone directory services for you to search.
Type in the first and last name along with the state.
Leave out the city and in Ga you will come up with 15 listings and in Texas you will find 14 listings.

This service sometimes lists the persons age to the right of the listing.

This service usually has the persons birth month and year to the right of the listing.
You might also want to add the state in your subject line so if a friend or family member just happens to be searching the boards they will see the information right away.
