when was your mom born? You could use your birth certificate for hints, search for your mothers name in the city state and county you born in and go from there.

These are my paternal great-grandparents. They lived in Cidra, Comerio -- not sure.

My paternal grandfather was Valentin Rosario y Robles -- he moved to New York before 1920. He had a brother Fructuoso (married to Faustina) and Juan. There were five brothers, I believe. He had a cousin named Mariano who later moved to Washington, D.C.

That's my sister Cherokee. We were once together in Santurce, Puerto rico. I was 4 years old when last was able to remember last time we were together. My Mother Gale Sprouse left me with The Exposito Family and never again was able to contact her. I reunited with my biological mother Gale Sprouse & asked her questions as to how to find her. My mom doesn't recall any memory. He was born in Jamaica and moved to London England as a child to join his parents who had already moved to London. He has a brother called Wallace. A strong possiblity that he and his family moved back to Jamaica. I believe his family originally came from St. Ann parish.

Hi Sandra. In fact Mathias had a sister who married a Perret-Gentil, son of Gaspar Perret-Gentil And Elodie Avendaño. I don't know much about the De Veer Daal family, but my grandmother is Elodie Perret-Gentil Daal, and her mother was Mathias sister, so my grandmother is her nephew!

His nick name was Chachi. Mathias was born in 1886 in Willemstad, Curaçao. He was a pharmacist and worked in Curaçao and Aruba. He died around 1942. His mother’s surname was de Veer and his grandfather's Daal. Mathias de Veer Daal had a brother who was accidentally killed while hunting. He also had a sister who married a Perrett-Gentil. Well I know he has an existing ex wife, but I don't know if its Hooper or not. He as almost sold all his property here. I will talk to a person closer to him and see what I can come up with. His children are in Florida and he recetly bought there. He's in his 80's now. I know he is there now. Will fill in more later but I must remain anonymous, as we have done business together. He has a daughter Christina, who is a ballet dancer if that helps.

It SOUNDS like our Santana family. There are sooooo many family members with different fathers it is sad. My Abuelo, Quintin and Luisa ne Medina had 9 kids.
Lalo, Manola, Armando, Gilberto, Carmen, Lydia, Jorge, Jose, Hector...and from there, TONS of cousins. Any of those names sound familiar? Lalo, Manolo, Armando and Hector still live in PR, but I don't know what city. I haven't been there since I was 10 and I am 44 now

Sounds like there's another Santana family that lived in Las Piedras. Your names don't sound familiar, and I'm fairly familiar with my Santana side, especially anyone descended from my abuelo.

My grandfather was the oldest of 5 brothers, but some of them had different mothers, and I'm not sure they all carried the Santana name. His youngest brother -- the one he was closest to -- was Balbino Santana. Balbino's daughters include Ana Santana (lives in Ceiba) and Eusebia Santana (lives in Las Piedras).

I don't know that name. My grandfather ( I am 44 ) was Quentin Santana and he was married to Luisa Medina. Any relation? It doesn't sound like it. Who was your dad?
