Surnames: WELDON & ODELL families Eastern Canada
I'm an O'dell that comes from this same line. My G G G Grandfather is Cornelius Born 4 sep 1814 from Odelltown. His father is Joshua S O'dell (mother is Cornelia PALEN) I have no sources to back that up. I have the book of ODELL and thats all I have. I have been able to find sources to trace it back to Cornelius and Sarah Ann. I would like to find actual sources for these families and to make sure I do infact have the right line. On my husbands side he has a Abby W. who married a Hazer Lucas. But the name Weldon becomes a middle name for her son. And a grand and g grand daughter. All I know is that Abby was born in abt 1805 in Massachusetts. They do come up and have children in ON. This wouldn't happen to be any connection to the Weldon's your looking for?
